OpenMe (openme.gift) is a service operated by draxiq. This explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We keep as little as possible, for as short as possible.
Solely to create and deliver your gift page, take payment, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use your photos or message for anything other than making your page.
Most orders include another person's name — and sometimes their photo — supplied by you, the buyer. We process that information only to create and deliver the gift page, on the basis of the legitimate interest of letting people send someone a personal gift, and we hold it to the same short timescale as the rest of your order: the page and its photos are permanently deleted after 7 days (or 12 months if extended). A recipient's name or photo is never used for anything else, and each page lives only at a private, unguessable, unindexed link that search engines can't reach.
If you are the person a page is about — or you appear in a photo on one — and you'd like it removed, email hello@draxiq.com with the link (or the names involved) and we'll take it down promptly.
Your gift page is published at a private, unguessable, unindexed link. It stays live for 7 days (or 12 months if you extend it). When it expires, the page and the photos are permanently deleted. We keep a minimal order record (e.g. email, occasion, payment reference) for accounting and support.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete a page early. Email hello@draxiq.com and we'll sort it, usually within a few days.
We use only what's needed to run the site (no third-party advertising or tracking cookies).
